Components
- Wood ruler;
- Paints;
- Stationery knife;
- Nail file;
- Pencil;
- Black marker.
Preparation:
1. On a wooden ruler, make notes with a pencil as shown in the photo.
2. Cut off excess parts with a stationery knife. File the bumps with a nail file.
3. Color the ruler with paints.
4. Add highlights, draw a strip of white paint, dip a brush in water and blend.
5. Circle the lines and the outline with a black marker.
