Materials
- Clear file;
- Sequins;
- Clear glue;
- Scissors;
- Flat iron for hair (regular iron);
- Parchment paper;
- Ruler;
- Black pen (liner);
- Strong glue.
Preparation:
1. Take a clear file (covers for books and notebooks).
2. Cut out two rectangles: 21 * 4 cm and 21 * 5 cm.
For rectangles, use the edges of the film, the folds. Blanks should open like books.
3. Glue the edges, leaving one side unsticked. Use a flat iron for hair and parchment paper.
4. Fill the blank with glitter and clear glue.
5. Seal the last side.
6. On the second larger piece, make a ruler.
7. Number it.
8. Glue the two pieces together using strong glue (E600 glue, hot glue). Insert the glitter blank inside the numbered blank.
The ruler is ready!
