Steps:
1. Cut out 9*6 cm rectangles out of colored paper.
2. Gather the sheets into a stack and cut out a hole with a hole punch.
3. Cut out two rectangles 9*6 cm out of cardboard.
4. Trace a hole on the cardboard.
5. Using a hole punch, cut a hole in the marked circle.
6. Take the ring from the key chain.
7. Insert a toothpick between the rings.
8. Place the sheets in the ring.
9. Remove the toothpick.
10. Draw a cute face on the cover.
Make notebooks in different colors.
With different faces.
And with colorful sheets.
