- Cardboard;

- Foamiran (cardboard);
- Sequins;
- Paints (nail polish);
- Glue.
Preparation:
1. Circle a regular pen and cap on thick corrugated cardboard.
2. For the size of the pen, draw a star and shine from it.
3. Cut three parts with a slot for the pen and two parts without a slot.
4. Glue the parts without a slot with the three parts with a slot. Put the pen there.
5. Glue the pen. Leave a small distance between the parts for the pen and cap.
6. Glue the parts without a slot on top. The base of the pen is ready.
7. Tape the side with blue paper.
8. Glue one side with blue paper and foamiran.
If there is no foamiran, use cardboard, and sprinkle glitter on top.
9. Make a cut with a clerical knife so that the pen opens.
10. Do the same with the second side.
11. Paint the pen with blue paint or nail polish. Done!
